Agreement
By using the Ejecto game or this website, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Not a real money game
Ejecto is for entertainment only. Coins are free, have no cash value, and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn. No result in the game gives you a prize, payment or anything else of real-world value. Doing well in Ejecto does not mean you would do well at real money gambling.
Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use the game where you live. You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
Coins and game data
Coins are a feature of the game, not your property. We may change coin amounts, bonuses, gift limits, rules or features, and may correct balances affected by errors or abuse.
Fair play
You must not:
- Sell, buy or trade coins or accounts, or offer anything of value for them.
- Use the game for betting or payments outside the game.
- Cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game or its servers.
- Run multiple accounts to collect coins or manipulate leaderboards.
- Impersonate others.
Your content
You are responsible for your display name and any picture you upload. They must not be illegal, hateful, sexual, offensive, or infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store and show it in the game so other players can see it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Our content
The game, its name, art, sound and code belong to the Ejecto developer or its licensors. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial play. You must not copy, resell or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time. See the delete account page. Coins and progress cannot be restored after deletion.
Availability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". It needs an internet connection, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or end the game at any time, and coins have no value on closure.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of coins, progress or data. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
